DESCRIPTION: This invigorating workout will keep your muscles guessing while revving up your metabolism, reducing your stress, and increasing your circulation. Each session focuses on muscle strengthening and stabilization by incorporating power plates, TRX, free weights, cable machines, and pilates props. No two classes are alike! Clients leave feeling energised and revitalised after our unique massage based cool down.
